Nope — we run separate groups so everyone feels comfortable and supported.
Except Friday’s community session where everyone trains together.

Yep. We scale everything. Just show up and we’ll look after you.
What do I bring?
Water, a yoga mat, and a positive attitude. We provide the rest.
