I’m Blake. I’ve been in the fitness industry since 2009, but I also know what it feels like when your own health slips.

For years I coached other people while still carrying more weight than I wanted to. I had the knowledge. I knew the training. I understood nutrition. But knowing what to do and actually following through are two very different things.

What changed for me was making the process simpler. Less all or nothing. Less overthinking. More structure I could actually repeat when life was busy.

That experience now shapes the way I coach. I don’t believe most people need to be smashed, shamed, or buried in complicated rules. They need clarity, support, and a plan they can actually execute.

This is a simple 6 week 1:1 coaching process designed to get you clear, help you execute, and support you long enough to build momentum.

You sign up

You make your first payment and I contact you to book your first 1:1 planning call.

We build your plan

We set your calorie target, food structure, routine, and next steps based on your current life.

You execute with support

You follow the plan with check ins, feedback, and adjustments when real life gets messy.

We review and adjust

At the end of 6 weeks, we review your progress and discuss the best next step from there.

Optional extra if you are local

If you live close enough to attend bootcamp in The Gap, 4061, Brisbane, you are welcome to use that as an added bonus during your coaching period.

Sessions run through Great Mates & Gals Bootcamp and are completely optional.

This does not change the price. The coaching works whether you attend bootcamp or not.

6 weeks gives us time to build your routine, work through real life challenges, make smart adjustments, and build proper momentum.

Questions you might still have

Is this a meal plan or workout program?
No. This is 1:1 coaching. I help you build a realistic calorie and food structure, plus a weekly plan that fits your life. It is not a cookie cutter meal plan or generic PDF workout.
Do I need to be fit before I start?
No. This is designed for people who are starting out, getting back on track, or feeling lost with what to do.
Do I have to track calories?
We will use calories for clarity and awareness, but the goal is not obsession. The goal is to understand what you need, build a simple structure, and make the process easier to follow.
How do the payments work?
Foundation pricing is 3 payments of $129. Your first payment is made today, then the next 2 payments are taken fortnightly. Total foundation price is $387. After the first 10 people, the price will increase to $597, or 3 payments of $199.
What if I do the first call and decide it is not right for me?
If after our first 1:1 call you don’t see the value, just let me know and I’ll cancel the remaining payments. No hard feelings.
What if I live outside Brisbane?
That is fine. This is remote 1:1 coaching. The Brisbane bootcamp option is only an added bonus for locals who live close enough to use it.
What happens after the 6 weeks?
At the end of the 6 weeks, we have a wrap up session to review your progress, look at what worked, and discuss your options from there. You can continue on your own, or we can talk about ongoing support if that is the right fit.
