Frequently Asked Questions

Here’s what most people ask before joining.

Question 1: I’m not very fit. Is “Bootcamp” going to be too intense for me?

Not at all. We're not a military style, get yelled at and smashed type of bootcamp. Most of our crew are 40+ locals who simply want to get stronger, fitter and stay consistent. Everything can be adjusted to your level, and there's absolutely no ego or pressure to keep up with anyone else.

Question 2: What time do sessions run?

We run one early session at 5:45am. You’ll be finished by 6:30am so you can get on with work and family life.

Question 3: Do men and women train together?

Yes. We train together as one community. Everyone is there for the same reason, to move well, get stronger and stay capable for life.

It's supportive, welcoming and there's always plenty of laughs along the way.

Question 4: What if I’m not very fit yet?

That’s exactly who this is for. You train at your level, follow the structure, and build consistency over time. No ego. No pressure.

Question 5: Where are you located?

We train outdoors in The Gap. The Gap Football Club behind the main shopping centre.

Question 6: Is there any long term lock in?

No, we don't lock you in. Simply get started with a free trial session and see if it feels right for you.
